Hi,

Any progress there yet ? this is the feature that i need for the MVP ;-) ( the only one missing )
I don`t have too much sparetime left currently, but i'd be willing to assist as much as i can  ( no clue about vdr or vomp programming , but a couple of years in embedded device development  )

Hmm,

Then i do not get why it works with the 0.2.5 and not with the 0.2.6.
0.2.6 works perfectly with unencrypted channels.

strange, perhaps i find some time over the weekend to take acloser look

thx

Does anybody know what changed from 0.2.5 to 0.2.6 that prevents the CI / CAM solution ?
Did the way vomp handles playing the channels change ?

thx

Hello Harry,

Thx for the information.
I do not want to use the sc plugin.
Do you have experience running  the system without sc plugin ?

thx

Does anybody know if that still works with 0.2.6 ?
For me the 0.2.6 does not work in contrast to the 0.2.5 which work fine.
Both with vdr 1.4.4 on debian etch...
Actually the mvp only shows a black screen and waits forever nto like with the 0.2.5 where it  showed cahnnel not available.
In addition i should mention that i got 4 card in my headless server, 3 budget without CI / CAM and one FF with the CI / CAM, the server works even with the vomp 0.2.6 installed, but can't watch encrypted channels, only recording is possible.

thx

There is already some PIN content controll plugin available. ( pin-plugin )
Perhaps it would be possible to use that ?
