no video picture, only sound

Hallo,
i hope someone can help me out with my vomp 0.2.2. (installed vdr is
1.3.41-1ct).
Starting my MVP all seems ok: The box is loading, i can see and use the menu
and i can start replaying a recording or live tv. Then i get perfect sound
but no video on my tv.
I added my log of the vompserver till playing a video, maybe somebody can see
what could be the reason:
BTW the MVP plays mpeg-2 streams perfectly with the orig. Hauppauge software

Hi Heidi, the log output looks normal. Does this happen on all recordings and all channels?

aparently yes, i have about 40 recordings on my vdrmachine and i tried several to replay. no success.
could it be a network problem? I have one switch and one router between vdr and MVP. All 100 Mbit Lan, no wlan. But under windows with orig hauppauge soft it works the same route.

It wouldn't matter if there was no config file, but in this case I think there is because it looks to be being booted from the vompserver tftp server. The only time I have ever seen a total refusal by the MVP to play video is when it was in the wrong format mode (NTSC/PAL) but that is unlikely to be the case here! Other than that I am out of ideas.

@Chris: do you have some more screenshots of vomp, so I can add them to the (german) wiki of vdr ?
Please have a look at http://www.vdr-wiki.de/wiki/index.php/Vompserver-plugin to see the already posted screenshots there.
It would be great to have some actual screenshot for locating server, configuration, menus, EPG, progressbar and what I also miss is a complete description of buttons, that can be used.
I don't actually know who created this description (thanks for it), but I try to add description and new features on a regulary basis there.

PAL / NTSC was the final hint!
My box was set to NTSC but the vomp didn't tell me this in the log and my tv accepts both PAL and NTSC. So i was able to play a native mpeg2 stream. I found it out while transferring a vdr-recording to my windows-machine and playing it with the hauppauge software under windows. There was the right error message and i changed the options to PAL.
Now it's working like a charm. Great peace of sw. Thanks for this and your help.
