unfortunately no spare buttons (forwarded by CEC) on LG 

Anyway, you can set a prefered language and a second and I think also third prefered language on the vdr server side.

Then your prefered selection will be automatically the first one at every channel and in every recording (recorded after this selection).

are you sure it's working like this?

In my setup.conf:

AudioLanguages = cze slv eng
UpdateChannels = 3 (update names+pids)

vdr does not put  preferred lang on the first place in channels.conf (not sure if it should):

..changing pids of channel 681 from 0+0=0:0:0:0 to 597+597=2:830=hun@4,1830=cze@4:0:0..

X 2 03 eng

vdr itself (xineliboutput) behaves corectly: always selects cze lang, but vomp on rasp not... I get HUN language for both live & recordings (and together with nonworking color buttons on LG CEC it's a show stopper for me...)

any sugestions ??

both versions (server and client) should be the same (at least when using server 0.3.1-3 )

I am looking forward tegra t250 based Boxee Box (http://www.dlink.com/boxeebox ) it looks promising....

FFWD does not work on my H3. only first two FFWD speeds are working (4x 8x)

what is the audio codec? vomp does not play ac3....

Current iso-8859-1 font does not contain all characters needed to display east european languages. The best way would be to use utf-8 encondings but it's too complicated so I decided to make a quick hack and use iso-8859-2 font.

but my version of bdftobogl is different (newer?) than the one used for vompclient. what version of bdftobogl was used for generating helvB18.cc ?

what is the prefffered way to incorporate latin2 characters? use new bdftobogl to generate both latin1 and latin2 (and others) fonts and modify surface.cc or keep using old version  and generate only latin2 fonts using old version of bdftobogl?

what is the purpose of  I18n::charSets in language-data.h ?
