new VDR devel version available...

as many of you already know, Klaus has thrown out a new version.

took me 10 mins to read the changelog... _loads_ of changes
according to Klaus, v1.4 is not so far away anymore.

I've checked the new version with VOMP and it seems to be OK.

The changes in EPG handling break vdradmin though. There is a simple patch to fix it on the vdr mailing list.
