VompClient plugin for dreambox

What is the chance of cross compiling vompclient to work on a dreambox as plugin?

I know this might sound a bit daft, but quite often we want to watch something on the other sat cable to the DM, having the option to just drop into "Vomp" would be really useful.

It wouldn't be just a simple cross compile, however, by the sounds of the wikipedia page on the dreamboxes it could well be possible. I think it would depend on the api for playing video being open (it looks like it might be) and some developer having a dreambox and wanting to create a port / make the modifications.
