i read the thread on the raspberry pi forum concerning the mpeg2 decoding. The Pi is such a nice little thing, would be a real pitty if turns out to be impossible.

use this exe to start winvomp. Just put it in the folder where the vompclient.exe is.

ALT+F4 to exit winvomp

Hi everybody,

i am having the problem for quite some time now. On most of my computers, i can not change the settings in WinVomp. If i change the settings in the vomp-MAC.conf direct, everything works fine. I always thought the reason is my heavily used and customized VDR installation, but i experienced the same problem yesterday with a brand new and clean installation.

Attached is the Logfile from my computer (W7 Ultimate 32Bit)

any news on the raspberry pi? The guys put some tutorials on their youtube channel, the first linux isos are for download and the first devices are to arrive really soon, but i hope you are following them even closer than i do.

i ran into the same problem. Just commented out all code and return null instead. Compiles now like a charm, but it would be great if someone can realy fix this

have you dropped the BD-Live thing completly? Using my LG BD 390 Bluray-Player as an VDR-Frontend would be awesome 

But anyway, keep on working, there is no better VDR-Client than VOMP (even SD-Only)
