if I have problems with my dvb-t reception, sometimes the vompclient hang and it is not possible to restart it. Do you know about this. If not, do you think it will helps to fix it, if I can make a short record of such a stream for you?

OK, I have found the reason for this issue. It was the Power supply. Until now I use the USB Hub as power supply. This seems to be enough power for the RPI. But this is not correct. Since I use a separate 1A power supply for the RPI, I have no more problems. Before I had a lot of massive artefacts in the TV image.

Anyway it is a known issue, that the client hangs sometimes, if the streams are corrupted. (But a channel switch would usually solve the problem) It happens on my machine often at startup of das erste HD.
I will investigate this and see if I can filter out, whatever causes a hang in omx.
