i use vomp-hd for windows. all ist fine, but on channels of sky, there is no audio, only picture.
could i solve this?

First, please give more details.
Which sky are you using? (Germany, Uk, etc...).
Which channels are affected?
Which type of audio is affected? (Ac3 or mpeg audio)
Is it, live tv and/or recordings?
On which kind of channels is audio working? What type of audio do they use?

1. Sky Germany.
2. I tested the HD-Channels of Sky. For the others, I will look again.
3. Which type of audio?? I don't know. Could I change it in the vomp-HD? Well, I will test it again.
4. It's live-TV.

Test again with an recording. If the recording is working, there is likely a problem with the pid.
Please also check the pids in your channel config maybe dolby and normal audio pids are exchanged.
Also test with the green button ('g' key), if it works to switch to another audio channel.
Please post also a log file.

Hello Marten.
So, I tested it with a recording.
It's the same, no sound.
On the Sky HD Channels there is only one audio track, I think it's dolby.
The SD-Channels work fine, I looked up for a channel in SD with dolby track and changed to with the "g". Also no sound.
Do I miss something on my Windows-System to play back these channels/recordings with vomp-HD?

Ok, then go to properties and select an DirectShow ac3 codec.
Maybe there is none selected in vomp or none installed in your system.

In Audio Filters I only have "Microsoft DTV-DVD Audio Decoder" and in MP3 Audio Filter too and "MP3 Decoder DMO".
Do I need to install something?
Yes, the MS filter is only working with ms products. You can install the AC3 filter for ac3 playback. But you probably need also a filter for mpeg audio playback, maybe ffdshow??
